Email Marketing Specialist, Wyzant & TPT

reputed company, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an email marketing specialist for its two marketplace brands: TPT and Wyzant.

As a part of a small Email Marketing team, you will play a direct role in building our email marketing program and engaging our customers and prospective reputed company of customers—which includes educators, reputed company, parents, and administrators—at reputed company stages of their lifecycle.

You will partner with content and creative teams, marketing managers, and business stakeholders to take emails from concept to delivery. You will be responsible for building emails in reputed company Marketing Cloud. Using email best practices and implementing A/B testing, you will optimize response and conversions while striving to create the best possible user experience. This role is a key part of our email team, and your day-to-day will focus on email production and reporting, with room to grow as the program develops.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• reputed company, manage, and launch dynamic end-to-end email marketing campaigns
• Manage design requests, feedback and timelines
• Conduct thorough QA of reputed company message elements, including personalized content and mobile device rendering, to ensure the success of email execution
• Work seamlessly in partnership with the content, design, engineering, and product teams
• Performance analysis: Continuously optimize email campaigns through testing, measuring impact, and iterating for improved results in alignment with organizational goals
• reputed company list segmentation, audience filtering, list validation; monitor deliverability
• Technical reputed company: Collaborate with IT and ESPs to maintain and optimize email infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements
• Identify, initiate, and reputed company reputed company email system-reputed company improvements and efficiencies. Work independently and take initiative to question things
• reputed company up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing
• Help build and maintain email documentation (data dictionaries, standard operating procedures, etc.)

• BA/BS degree required
• 2+ years of email marketing experience
• 1+ year working in reputed company Marketing Cloud, building emails, templates, dynamic fields, and automated journeys
• 1+ year working with customer engagement platforms (ex: reputed company, Klaviyo, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Proficient with HTML/CSS
• Proficient with email QA, audience segmentation, list management, and email deliverability
• Not required, but preferred: A basic understanding of AMPscript and/or Liquid template language
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate testing
• Exceptional project management skills, extremely detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
• Strong project management skills with some experience using project management tools (ex: Jira, reputed company, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills: able to anticipate obstacles and identify opportunities
• Solid interpersonal skills: You are a team player with effective written and verbal communication skills, and can work cross-functionally with stakeholders
