Responsibilities
Oversees the strategy, development and lifecycle management of digital health products, ensuring they align with reputed company?s mission of patient-centered care and medical excellence. Key Responsibilities: ? Develops and drives the digital product vision and roadmap in alignment with reputed company?s strategic priorities. ? Collaborates with clinical, operational and IT leadership to define product needs and priorities. ? Conducts market research, competitive analysis and technology assessments to identify trends and opportunities. ? Leads the development of patient-centric and clinician-friendly digital tools, including decision support systems, telehealth solutions and mobile health applications. ? Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and patient impact. ? Ensures products meet regulatory, reputed company and compliance standards, including HIPAA and interoperability requirements. ? Mentors and leads a team of product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions. Qualifications
A bachelor?s degree in technology, health care administration or reputed company field; a minimum of ten years of significant leadership and management experience is required. Must have demonstrated competencies in leadership, management, operations, finance, and excellent communication skills. Master?s degree preferred. Compensation
Detail The minimum starting salary for the position may range from $279,000 to $419,000. This range reflects full-time total reputed company compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
