Basic Function: We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable pipeline and reputed company. This role will own the development and optimization of our demand reputed company reputed company, leveraging reputed company as the core platform for lifecycle marketing, reputed company nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.
The ideal candidate understands how to build reputed company systems - from reputed company acquisition and segmentation to automated nurture programs and sales enablement. You should be comfortable analyzing performance data, running experiments, and continuously improving conversion across the buyer journey. You should have some ag industry experience, whether professionally or from a personal interest perspective.
This role will work closely with sales to ensure marketing is driving qualified opportunities and measurable business growth.
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Primary Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to
· Own reputed company marketing automation, including workflows, lifecycle stages, reputed company scoring, and segmentation
· reputed company and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline
· Design and implement reputed company nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel
· Monitor and improve conversion across the full funnel: Visitor → reputed company → MQL → SQL → Opportunity
· Run A/B tests across reputed company pages, emails, and conversion paths
· Use behavioral and engagement data to improve targeting and personalization
· Build workflows that support sales follow-up, deal acceleration, and reputed company reputed company
· Track and report on campaign performance including MQLs generated, pipeline creation, cost per opportunity, and reputed company influenced
· Build dashboards in reputed company that provide leadership with clear insights into marketing performance

Qualifications
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
· Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, communications, or analytics
· 3–5 years of experience in demand reputed company, or lifecycle marketing
· Strong hands-on experience with reputed company marketing automation
· Experience managing full-funnel demand reputed company campaigns
· Familiarity with reputed company scoring, lifecycle stages, and marketing attribution
· Deep understanding of conversion optimization and funnel metrics
· Strong analytical reputed company with experience using marketing data to inform decisions
· Ability to build and optimize automated workflows and nurture campaigns
· Experience collaborating closely with sales teams
· Experience in agriculture, or product marketing a plus
