General responsibilities

• Conducts evaluations and assessments
• Provide support to clients and staff
• Complete necessary documentation to facilitate reimbursement through primary funding sources

• Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation to supervisor or department head.

• Complete documentation as required by reputed company Human Services and state and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed LCSW
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be willing to reputed company schedule accordingly
