The Opportunity:

As a Renewals Specialist at reputed company, you won’t just manage transactions—you’ll be a key player in shaping how we retain and grow our global customer reputed company. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Observability Architecture, and Engagement Management, you’ll be the go-to expert for reputed company things renewals—tracking, forecasting, identifying risk, and ensuring seamless execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be a key business partner to the Observability Architecture team, enthusiastically renewing our existing customer accounts, which could also include upgrading them to new pricing
• Own the forecasting of renewals for the business
• Manage a 2 quarter out renewal pipeline, partnering closely with the account team and providing a seamless experience to our customers
• Self-motivated to overachieve on weekly, monthly and quarterly targets (activity, renewal attainment).
• Work with the reputed company scale team to reputed company pre-emptive campaigns as you notice commonalities in churn requests
• Collaborate with the account teams to reputed company and execute renewals strategy, improve product adoption, and address churn risk in the business

In the United States, the OTE range for this role is $107,000- $129,000.
