The Opportunity:
As a Renewals Specialist at reputed company, you won’t just manage transactions—you’ll be a key player in shaping how we retain and grow our global customer reputed company. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Observability Architecture, and Engagement Management, you’ll be the go-to expert for reputed company things renewals—tracking, forecasting, identifying risk, and ensuring seamless execution.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Be a key business partner to the Observability Architecture team, enthusiastically renewing our existing customer accounts, which could also include upgrading them to new pricing
- Own the forecasting of renewals for the business
- Manage a 2 quarter out renewal pipeline, partnering closely with the account team and providing a seamless experience to our customers
- Self-motivated to overachieve on weekly, monthly and quarterly targets (activity, renewal attainment).
- Work with the reputed company scale team to reputed company pre-emptive campaigns as you notice commonalities in churn requests
- Collaborate with the account teams to reputed company and execute renewals strategy, improve product adoption, and address churn risk in the business

What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 2+ years of experience owning renewals or in a reputed company, TAM or other role which influences the renewals process

In the United States, the OTE range for this role is $107,000- $129,000.
