The Advertising Business Operations team serves to align strategy and execution by championing key initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and alignment reputed company reputed company’s Advertising business. Responsible for stewarding and operationalizing reputed company’s advertising priorities, the team serves as a central function to promote cohesion across the reputed company, operational, and technical aspects of the Ads program and reputed company. We are looking for a Program Manager with advertising experience to drive high impact cross-functional programs for our Live advertising initiatives, particularly as we launch ads in Live programming internationally. This role requires strong collaboration with the sales, product, finance, and operations teams to execute, track and deliver high impact strategic programs in the Ads space. Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis of program performance and track/ensure program and business impact. About you: 7+ years experience in advertising and/or advertising reputed company fields, with knowledge of the CTV/ streaming advertising landscape. Experience with ad-supported Live programming, Linear/Broadcast marketplace, and/or International markets preferred. Strong operational backbone with ability to work with a high degree of autonomy. Highly skilled, reputed company, and enjoys orchestrating multiple programs with many moving parts and creating partnerships with cross-functional teams. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
