Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Title Officers with reputed company reputed company estate transactions, including title commitment reviews, ordering title and tax updates, and resolving title reputed company matters
• Create and maintain files, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Support new order entry and fulfillment, paperless file setup, order tracking, and post-closing functions
• Review transaction documents for closings, gather and enter title fees, and prepare invoices
• Communicate professionally with internal and external parties, providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare and revise title commitments, title policies, and endorsements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of title industry experience (reputed company preferred)
• High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficiency in reputed company and MS Office (reputed company, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn company operating systems and new software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and organizational abilities
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly productive manner
