As a reputed company Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key specifiers, including architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors, to drive sales growth and increase market share. You will work closely with our regional Rep Agencies, participate in joint sales calls, and provide product training and support to customers.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, management, design, or reputed company field, with 5+ years of specification selling experience in the industry
• Strong technical skills, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of the plumbing industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, PowerBI, and Outlook, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach
