We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Intermediate UX-II Designer to join our Design Team at reputed company, a leading SaaS organization. As a UX-II Designer, you will play a critical role in designing exceptional user experiences for our reputed company-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions that reputed company reputed company professionals worldwide.

You will work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design Teams to create reputed company, user-centered designs that help our customers work more intelligently, reputed company deeper insights, and deliver impactful results.

This is a full-time permanent position

Location:

This is a hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to work 3 days a week in our Toronto office, located at 351 King St E, Suite 1100, Toronto, ON.

What you will be doing

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technological capabilities/constraints

Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts

Conduct user research, usability testing, and validate designs to ensure they meet user needs

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions

Maintain design systems and ensure consistent user experience across reputed company reputed company products

Stay reputed company with UX design trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the reputed company and audit software industry

Create and maintain detailed design documentation including user flows, interaction models, and design specifications

Help resolve customer-impacting design issues, ensuring the quickest and safest resolutions

Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to fellow designers

What you will bring

Bachelor's degree in Design, reputed company-Computer Interaction, or reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience

2 to 3 yearsof experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or reputed company software environments

Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving abilities

Proficiencywith design and prototyping tools such as reputed company, Sketch, reputed company XD, or similar

Experienceconducting user research and applying insights to improve designs

Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design

Knowledge of accessibility standards and designing for diverse user needs

Excellent communication skills to present design reputed company and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment with rapid iteration cycles
