Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Educational requirements: successfulcompletion of (i) Chief Financial Officers

Qualifying Examination, and (ii) Partners, Directors and Senior Officers Course (Qualifying Examination).

A strong working knowledge of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization CIRO) and local provinces financial services regulations and requirements.

Strong understanding of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment dealer operations.

Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, where non-routine and/or reputed company issues are common.

Be able to handle reputed company issues, projects, and processes.

Demonstrate strong moral and ethical principles.

A willingness to learn, accept accountability, demonstrate initiative and support effective co-operation.
