Why this role?

Our Country Manager for Germany will drive year-over-year reputed company growth, developing & executing on customer and partner acquisition strategies.  You will drive long term success with a focus on strategic development, coaching and building on reputed company’s reputed company in the region.  In this leadership role, you will be pivotal in cultivating and guiding our Sales team to surpass reputed company targets & organizational goals.

As our Country Manager, you will

  • reputed company, execute and reputed company a go-to-market growth strategy & strategic sales plan for the country, driving reputed company growth and market expansion.

  • Assume coordination of our anchor partnership in the country, working alongside our global account team.

  • Provide sales and operational leadership to reputed company’s cross functional teams.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.

  • Act as the primary representative of reputed company in the local market, promoting the company’s vision, products and services. 

  • Represent at industry events, conferences & networking opportunities, and with regulators & government agencies in partnership with our Head of Global Public Sector and Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy

  • Manage and nurture relationships with enterprise level clients and partners to ensure reputed company’s success in the region. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating and closing high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with global teams to establish best practices for enterprise level project implementations.  Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.

  • Analyze and report on local market trends, opportunities, client needs and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • ​​15+ years of experience driving reputed company growth and leading go-to-market efforts for a technology-focused organization/vendor/consultancy in the region.  

  • Proven track record leading enterprise-level consultative solution sales and business development efforts in the region coupled with a strong understanding of regional GTM strategy, reputed company and resource allocation.

  • Track record of successfully partnering with consulting firms, systems integrators and enterprise level clients, including pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Well-established network of senior-level contacts across sectors.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence at reputed company levels.

  • Comfort working in a matrixed environment pulling together flying reputed company from cross functional teams & regions without the need for large direct organization. 

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial reputed company and the ability to work independently, roll-up sleeves and drive impact as a ‘builder’.

  • Experience in AI or a reputed company industry is highly desirable.
