Role Mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Business Analyst to join reputed company. In this role, you will act as a critical reputed company between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements. Your work will directly influence the delivery of high-impact solutions reputed company with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Translate high-level business objectives into structured deliverables such as Epics, Features, and User Stories.

• Manage dependencies and maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals and priorities.

• Define and document acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and engineering teams.

• Communicate the business value of requirements to ensure development efforts remain focused and purposeful.

• Contribute to backlog refinement and prioritisation, aligning work with business objectives and value drivers.

• Assist in defining delivery timelines and feature roadmaps in partnership with Product Owners and team leads.

• Provide regular updates on requirement status, risks, and key insights to inform project decisions.

• Support Agile ceremonies and foster adherence to Agile principles reputed company the team.

• Maintain a well-groomed backlog and support iterative planning and delivery cycles.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a reputed company field; relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, CSM) are an advantage.

• 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, working across diverse industries and cross-functional teams.

• Strong capability in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Proficient in translating strategic business goals into Epics, Features, and detailed User Stories.

• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe), including backlog management and sprint planning.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and align across business and technical teams.

• Skilled in conducting workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to define requirements and drive reputed company.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and familiarity with SQL, reputed company, Power BI, or similar data analytics platforms.

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights to business value and outcomes.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
