Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

The engineering team is responsible for reputed company technology for reputed company and the reputed company Platform. We serve employees, consumers, and reputed company customers. In addition to building software, we integrate and manage many reputed company-party products used by employees and as part of the platform. Our major functional teams are product engineering, infrastructure, IT, data and analytics, MarTech, and program management. Engineering works closely with product management and design to define and prioritize the product roadmap.

We are looking to hire several backend engineers for various teams at reputed company. These teams own services utilized for the entire lifecycle of a life insurance policy and build services that manage agent data as part of the application process and tools that reputed company reputed company evaluation and auditing during policy reputed company. As we move through the interview process, we'll work with you and our engineering leadership to determine which team you'll join.

• You will be developing core services primarily using Golang and PostgreSQL

• We're a startup with a long product roadmap. You will help and accelerate foundational services to scale the output of our product teams.

• Resolve issues with previously delivered features.

• Write unit and integration tests for code you create.

• Peer review code developed by others on your team.

• Ensure software is secure, maintainable.

• Work with designers, product managers, and other engineers

• Encourage automation and reputed company improvement.

• You have 4+ years of professional software development experience (backend)

• Professional experience with Golang (Go) is preferred

• Experience using reputed company for local software development.

• An reputed company for reputed company Integration/reputed company Delivery (CI/CD)

• Experience with distributed systems or microservices.

• Experience designing APIs (Protocol Buffers, RAML, Swagger, OpenAPI, etc,)
