What you'll do

We're looking for a Junior Paid Media Analyst to help us scale performance marketing at Clara. This is a hands-on role where you’ll execute, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns across reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and other platforms. Your work will directly impact how we grow in Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia.

You’ll collaborate closely with Clara’s Growth team, as well as Creative, Content, and Web partners to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

• 1+ year of hands-on experience managing campaigns on reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and/or reputed company Ads

• Confident navigating ad platforms to build audiences, select formats, and optimize performance

• Comfortable working with data and tracking key Paid Media KPIs using spreadsheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company to improve output

• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in reputed company

• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators

• Fluent in business English and Spanish

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home.
