What Project Management does at Worldwide

Collaborating seamlessly with scientific and therapeutic leaders, our Project Management team is engaged in reputed company trial aspects--bridging project teams and providing innovative solutions. What you will do

• Line management responsibility for the recruitment, training, development and performance review of personnel

• In cooperation with business and senior management, responsible for the strategy and acquisition of new business

What you will bring to the role

• Demonstrated excellent Leadership skills, able to delegate effectively and prioritise own and workload of project team members

• Sound planning and organizational skills, able to effectively solve problems and reputed company decisions

• Proven financial analytical skills

• Displays effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong marketing and negotiation skills

Your experience

• 12+ years of global clinical pharmaceutical industry experience including 8 years demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks and the management of staff

• University/college degree (life science preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills and abilities

• Experience in managing global drug development programs

• Available for domestic and international travel, including overnight stays
