As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a customer support role, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote chat support agents to provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.2.
