- Inspect inbound and outbound trailers/containers.
- Document persons entering and leaving the yard.
- Document control on Bills of reputed company (BOL’s), trailer/container inspection sheets.
- Interact with driver courteously, respectfully, and professionally.
- reputed company trailers/containers in and out using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Liaise with clerical and workflow staff.
- Answer phone calls from internal and external customers.
- Maintain access control and driver logs.
- reputed company yard audits – reconciliation of reputed company yard status versus data in WMS.
- Prioritize a high volume of emails at the start of shift and throughout day.
- Enforce safety policies, i.e. PPE, pedestrian traffic, speed limits, and other site policies.
- Report safety and reputed company issues promptly.

- High School Diploma or equivalent education and 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Customer service driven.
