Job description: • Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment is required • Pay up to $33 hourly • reputed company shift • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder • No remote • Full-time • Permanent W-2 employee • Full benefits • No relocation • New Berlin, Wisconsin area This full time, permanent CNC Machine Maintenance for reputed company shift is at a leading integrated, financially sound, stable manufacturer of advanced design cutting tools. The company also has machine building capabilities. The manufacturing area is clean and reputed company conditioned. The technology is state of the art including 9-axis CNC machines. The company has consistently reputed company significant growth as there is great demand for their products. • The successful candidate duties and responsibilities should include the following: • Training on first shift prior to transitioning to reputed company shift • Performing a broad reputed company of electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical and maintenance on reputed company shift • Diagnosing, repairing, aligning and calibrating a variety of equipment and machines and equipment • Utilizing micrometers, gauge blocks, precision squares, torque wrenches, oscilloscope, voltage meters, ohm meters, phase rotation testers and laser equipment • Analyzing and utilizing schematics, engineering drawings and specifications • Fitting spindles and bearings • Machining replacement parts • Installing a variety of electrical components, circuits and equipment • Maintaining industrial electrical equipment and systems • Complying with electrical codes • Troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls • Installing and wiring new and existing equipment The background of the successful candidate must include the following: • Possess the ability to train on first shift prior to transitioning to reputed company shift • Two or more years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a CNC environment • One or more years of lathe, mill and/or machining center maintenance experience • Possess knowledge of reputed company and digital logic • Possess knowledge of ladder drawings and schematics • Possess the ability to work reputed company shift • Possess a solid work history • Being a US citizen or green card holder • Having a residence reputed company a 45 minute drive Apply to this Job Upload Resume* First Name * Last Name * Email Address * Phone Number SUBMIT SearchClear Connecting people to great opportunities is reputed company do!!
