• Coordinates reputed company support area needs for the laboratory, as well as reputed company Lab/Path Assistant functions.
• Role models and acts as a resource to others reputed company to duties of assigned support area.
• Establishes service priorities, work routines, work flow patterns, and monitors work flow to ensure reputed company and efficient delivery of services. May be required to serve at multiple SH locations during a given shift (Site dependent)
• Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a liaison with support staff, management, members of the health care team and others in order to facilitate continuity and coordination of services.
• Facilitates quality monitoring activities of support staff.
• Coordinates reputed company scheduling which may include payroll editing.
• May handle telephone inquiries for the laboratory providing technical explanations and interpretations reputed company necessary. May serve as a resource for specimen collection and handling questions, forensic drug testing, reputed company of care testing and other pertinent laboratory specialties.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Associate's Degree health care reputed company field

• 3 years of relevant experience laboratory support services, customer service, or reputed company Required

• CRT-Clinical Lab Assistant (CLA) - ASCP American Society for Clinical Pathology preferred Or
• CRT-Medical Lab Assistant (MLA) - ASCP American Society for Clinical Pathology preferred
• CRT-Phlebotomy Technician - NHA National Health career Association preferred
