What The Patient And Site Engagement reputed company Does The Patient and Site Engagement Manager is a therapy-reputed company expert role tasked with defining, embedding and scaling Patient focused planning into Worldwide’s strategic approach to study planning and successful delivery. This role is focused on generating both indication level and clinical trial-specific insights to ensure potential barriers to study participation are proactively identified and that tailored patient and site support strategies are recommended and incorporated into the solutions that Worldwide develops for our customers. This role requires reputed company partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure detailed understanding of the patient journey and so that site-specific needs reputed company to patient engagement, recruitment and retention, are effectively communicated and where possible any risks are reduced with appropriate support or mitigating actions clearly defined and articulated.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Strategic Feasibility assessment during proposals phase, including providing Study Burden Analysis, and Patient and Site insights, so that patient-focused and site engagement study risks are incorporated.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build FDA Diversity Action Plans, UK Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) projects and other patient engagement-reputed company projects to meet regulatory needs in your therapy area.

Your Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years’ of transferrable experience in medical, reputed company, scientific or reputed company field, with preference for experience in patient engagement, recruitment & retention, feasibility or site-study coordination research roles.
  • Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice.
