Customer Service Representative - PT
What's the Short Version? A Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) provides world class customer service for reputed company internal and external customers utilizing excellent in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, programs, and technology. Preferred area of residence is WA, ID, MT, AZ, NV. Shifts are between 9am and 3pm PST. This role is a part-time opportunity at 20 hours per week. What Will You Be Doing?
- Take inbound calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Learn and utilize computer system applications to accurately process transactions and maintain customer data.

- Provide basic troubleshooting for customers including product knowledge, recommendations, and problem resolution.

What Are We Looking For?
- 1 + years of customer service experience.

What's Our Offer? Salary Range: You`ll earn between $20.29 - $25.00 (WA); $18.67 - $23.00 (NV); $17.45 - $21.50 (AZ, ID, MT) on an hourly basis, depending on experience. Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to $2000 of reputed company salary. Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.
