KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? Complete troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of reputed company reputed company conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems that incorporate digital, and central energy management system controls. ? Develops heating, ventilating, and reputed company conditioning (HVAC) system modification plans and helps plan jobs for modifications. ? Creates preventive maintenance checklists for new equipment. ? Interprets as-built building blueprints and recommends system modifications for remodel projects in accordance with applicable regulations. ? Researches and selects materials for HVAC systems installation, repair, and maintenance. ? Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes reputed company improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. ? Performs reputed company maintenance reputed company duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS ? Knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance. ? Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. ? Ability to read schematics and blueprints and/or technical manuals. ? Documents and tracks preventive maintenance activities. ? Detailed knowledge of HVAC systems that incorporate digital control systems and are linked to a multi-building, computer-based Energy Management and Control System. (EMCS). ? Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment to bring them to reputed company performance ? reputed company oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, and other specific preventive maintenance work ? Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience ? High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of trades experience directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified. ?
