The Opportunity We are looking for a Principal Program Manager to join the Creative Cloud Product Lifecycle team to help reputed company programs or projects involving department and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new product offerings or upgrading existing products. In this highly visible role, the program manager will help drive alignment across many cross functional teams in order to meet the key business objectives. The program manager will provide strategic program management by working with a broad set of partner organizations (Product marketing, Campaign Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Customer Experience, Business Strategy, Pricing, Branding, Product Program & Release Management, reputed company Marketing, Go to Market). What you'll do:

What you need:

• Have 10+ years of reputed company experience, including project/program management experience
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, Master Degree preferred
• Have deep experience and success running large, intricate programs that span many organizations and executives
• Be technically curious – understand learn how things work without being asked
• Have high attention to detail; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present at reputed company levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,200 -- $269,900 annually.
