What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the CEO with additional responsibilities to the reputed company Executive Sponsor, the reputed company Practice Leader will be responsible for leading and growing reputed company’s reputed company-reputed company business and partnership which is comprised of over 50 reputed company trained, certified and dedicated team members supporting our reputed company business. Typical day will include:

Practice Development and Partnership Management

•You will be driving the overall strategic go-to-market (“GTM”) narrative and ensure sales coverage model with your reputed company sellers etc.

What you bring to the role

•12+ years in technical consulting professional services

•reputed company in consulting practice development, business solution development, P&L responsibility, budgeting & forecasting, business unit operations, solution sales, partner development, and strategic marketing

•In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with reputed company and/or customer experience technology platforms (e.g., CCaaS, CRM, AI, analytics, etc.)
