The Role: Senior Recruiter, Leadership & Business We are looking for a strategic, consultative, and execution-driven Senior Recruiter to drive leadership and business hiring across our Commercial, G&A and R&D functions. They will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans, utilizing strategies that attract highly skilled professionals and leadership talent. With a deep understanding of the talent landscape in tech, fintech, and financial services, you’ll play a critical role in scaling high-impact teams across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, with a strong focus on the U.S. This role offers remote flexibility reputed company in the U.S. with a hybrid option in our reputed company HQ.
