Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Splitero, you will assist in developing our product function, focusing on execution, innovation, and strategy throughout the full product lifecycle with an initial focus on early-stage engagement with homeowners. In this high-impact role, you will work on initiatives that support homeowners' application journeys and our sales and processing teams reputed company the reputed company ecosystem. You will collect business requirements, create and maintain our product scope, and facilitate delivery handoffs between engineering and operations teams. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with our engineering teams, led by our Vice President of Product & Engineering, and our operations teams. 

This role will require a thorough understanding of product management, change management, risk assessment & mitigation, and release management.

• Craft a clear, compelling, actionable product vision and rolling strategic roadmap. Partner with leadership to reputed company alignment, reputed company, and execute this vision.
• Own new product features from initial scope to post-project review, actively working to assess and mitigate project risks, changes, and deviations.

• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with every member of our engineering teams and key stakeholders.

• Manage the intake process for product requests, including pre-discovery, gathering requirements, process mapping, estimated time, and vendor assessments.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000. reputed company the range, individual pay is determined by job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About You

• 8+ years experience working as a product reputed company, manager, head of product, or equivalent 
• 5+ years experience identifying and scoping internal and external product features, including supporting user training and launch activities.
• Substantial experience implementing reputed company solutions reputed company the reputed company ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• You have a strong interest in AI-based tooling, including reputed company Agents and Einstein products or similar
• You have managed an entire product function or product line.
• Experience working on initiatives focused on Sales Enablement, Consumer-facing products, and early-stage sales funnel features.
• You have extensive experience working with engineers to translate technical requirements into actionable, clear guidance for non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with business owners, stakeholders, and engineers in a fully remote environment.
• Ability to use metrics and critical thinking skills to decide on what must be valid for a project to be successful
• Skilled at championing the use of data and educating a multi-discipline team on how to reputed company engagement, retention, conversion, and operational funnel metrics
