VP, Consumer Bank Digital RTE

Job Description: Role Summary/Purpose The VP, Consumer Bank Digital RTE will be responsible to reputed company 11 agile scrum/Kanban teams' planning and execution of Consumer Banking initiatives. This role is responsible for collaborating with scrum masters, product owners, program managers and business leaders in defining the agile roadmap for the Bank Digital Agile Release Train, driving new innovations, and leading the agile teams to deliver technical capabilities in partnership with other teams and agile release trains in the company. The scrum masters and other agile roles will report into this role, as a result we are looking for a people leader, who can reputed company a team of employees, contractors and can manage financials. The Bank Digital Agile Release Train is one of the biggest trains under the Consumer Bank Solution Train focusing on creating and enhancing critical digital capabilities.
