Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Paralegal (Remote, In-House Contract Engagement)

reputed company is seeking an reputed company corporate compliance and regulatory paralegal for a full-time and fully remote contract engagement with one of its global public company clients. This engagement is expected to last 6 months and the selected candidate must be able to work a Pacific Time Zone work schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling regulatory compliance, ideally for a technology and/or gaming company. Prior experience working in-house for a large company or a major corporate law firm is required. Requirements for the Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Paralegal (Remote, In-House Contract Engagement): • 5+ years of regulatory and compliance experience working for a large company or a major law firm – experience working with a gaming and/or technology company is preferred • Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree; relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirement • Highly professional, poised, detail-oriented, positive attitude, and outstanding communication skills • Able to handle clients independently; a self-starter that needs little direction to drive initiatives reputed company • Able to work a full-time schedule during regular business hours on Pacific Time Zone • Outstanding references Position Details of the Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Paralegal (Remote, In-House Contract Engagement): • Type of role: Contract Engagement • Schedule: Full-time • Location: Remote from reputed company in the US, but must be able to work a Pacific Time Zone schedule

Compensation

The annualized compensation for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
