Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for an Entry Level Client Account Manager to join reputed company in Grove City, OH. The Account Manager role primarily serves as a support function reputed company the account management team. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of transactional accounts, maintaining client satisfaction through efficient handling of tasks, and supporting higher-level account managers in various duties. Account Managers handle routine and repeatable processes, reputed company basic customer service functions, and assist in managing smaller or less reputed company accounts. Your Responsibilities: reputed company daily tasks such as job tracking, job reconciliation and invoice reconciliation. Generate and provide reports to clients or internal teams as required. Monitor open tickets and assist in ticket management and resolution. Provide client support to AM IIs and AM IIIs as needed. Handle basic file reconciliation, including validating income files and monitoring processing to ensure accuracy. Manage inventory by tracking, replenishing, and reporting on stock levels needed for upcoming client projects. Process pulls, holds, and simple change requests according to client needs. Ensure smooth operation of smaller accounts. Assist in billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timelines in accordance with client agreements. Support billing team by verifying billing plans, monitoring invoices, and resolving discrepancies. You Must Have: Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports. Attention to detail. Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws. Interpersonal skills. reputed company and curiosity.
