Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 20 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on an October start date. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Provides customer service for routine inquiries and assists with reputed company cases as directed. Researches and analyzes incoming inquiries, using relevant systems and reference materials to effectively resolve issues. Basic understanding of computer systems, proficient keyboarding skills, and quick adaptability to change. Detail-oriented individual with good analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of multitasking, including interacting with customers while documenting calls.
