Key job responsibilities • Author storylines and create storyboards and scripts, in partnership with subject matter experts (SMEs). • Produce training materials and content, including online/e-learning modules, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio, animation), and/or other training materials. • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, and work reputed company across time zones. • Create, maintain and improve the curriculum and learning content to ensure that delivery partners and reputed company are receiving the right materials to reputed company them to be successful in their jobs. • Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to reputed company materials, and re-imagine interactive and engaging digital learning experiences. • Draft, design, create and deliver quality, on-brand training materials, raising the bar for creative and effective education methodologies. • Produce training materials and contribute to the overall global learning strategy. Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of program or project management experience • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams • At least 5 years of instructional design experience using the reputed company Creative Suite or similar to create digital learning including Animation, Film and Graphics. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
