The Data Lead, Studio Data Management position sits at the heart of arenaflex’s Content Business Products (CBP) organization. This team builds the data foundations that power everything from content acquisition to production, distribution, and audience analytics. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Planning: Develop short‑ and long‑term strategies for contract data across the studio, aligning data quality initiatives with business objectives and quarterly targets.
• Subject‑Matter Expertise: Serve as the go‑to authority on contract data, collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and external partners to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Partner with product teams and data scientists to define, build, and interpret metrics that surface insights into data quality, operational efficiency, and risk.
• Process Design & Automation: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes for data validation, cleansing, and enrichment, leveraging both manual and automated workflows.

Essential Qualifications
