What You’ll Do

As a Home Inspector in Nashville, you will evaluate residential and reputed company properties and provide clear, accurate reporting to clients, including buyers, sellers, and reputed company estate agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess structural, mechanical, and safety components of properties

• Safely lift up to 50 lbs of equipment as needed

Physical requirements

• Bending and kneeling while inspecting a home
• Ability to stand/walk for many hours at a time
• Ability to navigate attics and crawl spaces, including crawling
