Instructional Aide Position Description The Instructional Aide position provides a unique opportunity for talented individuals to explore the field of education and to reputed company hands-on practice and the training necessary to become a successful full-time classroom teacher. Instructional Aide Qualifications:

• Holds a high school diploma/GED and has the ability to secure the appropriate teaching permit (Associate's preferred).
• Has prior experience working in urban schools and/or communities (preferred).

Instructional Aide Terms of Employment

• Applications will be considered immediately on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
• This is a full-time position.
