The Role
As a Product Director in our reputed company Attrition Programs team, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of programs that proactively prevent customer attrition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, reputed company, and Professional Services, to build scalable programs that directly impact customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic reputed company between Sales and reputed company organizations to architect programs and guardrails that ensure reputed company
- reputed company research and strategy for assigned cloud product, leveraging data to drive insights and build scalable frameworks for engagement
- reputed company and execute high-impact programs that address the root causes of attrition, working closely with Technology & Products (T&P) organization

- Collaborate with Professional Services, Partner/Alliances, and reputed company teams to build proactive, scalable programs that directly impact customer retention
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in a strategic role reputed company Management Consulting, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, reputed company, Product Management, Professional Services, Implementation Consulting, Partner Management, or Strategy at an enterprise SaaS company
- Advanced analytical skills, with proven ability to analyze reputed company and disparate datasets, connecting pre-sales activities to post-sales outcomes
- Experience with tools like reputed company, Tableau, SQL, or other BI platforms is essential
- Exceptional influencing skills, with a track record of successfully influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners without direct authority
