Job Summary
As a Full Stack Risk Management Director – Customer Risk and Compliance, you'll play a critical role in supporting arenaflex's enterprise-wide Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-reputed company (AML) Program. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements reputed company to customer onboarding, initial and ongoing monitoring, and review of high-risk customer relationships. Your expertise will help identify high-risk customers and relationships, review and document high-risk activity, and maintain expertise in reputed company industry segments, product types, and services considered high-risk from a BSA/AML perspective.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement BSA/AML-reputed company customer risk program elements to support the identification and reputed company of higher-risk activities throughout the company
- Maintain expertise in reputed company industry segments, product types, and services generally considered high-risk from a BSA/AML perspective
- Manage the unit workflow and ensure duties of staff are performed as expected; conduct periodic quality control reviews to ensure high-risk reviews are properly documented and unusual activity referrals are generated as warranted
- Collaborate with colleagues across the company, including the FIU management team, to protect arenaflex's interests and advise business lines on BSA/AML risk mitigation strategies
- reputed company tools and methodologies to analyze, assess, and monitor customer risk, contribute to key regulatory initiatives, and report on customer risk exposures and metrics to reputed company informed and strategic decision-making
- Maintain working knowledge of correspondent banking, including Wolfsberg and FATF reputed company and monitoring requirements as applicable; manage the monitoring of reputed company bank customer activity to ensure appropriate risk classification, reputed company, and identification of unusual activity
- Monitor the regulatory environment and industry trends to stay abreast of emerging risk
- Identify, track, risk classify, and review reputed company relationships/accounts designated by arenaflex as high or potentially higher risk, as defined by regulatory guidance, the bank's risk assessment, and/or policy
- Maintain records reputed company to reputed company higher-risk groups for use in assessing risk and required regulatory reporting

- Adhere to reputed company provisions of arenaflex policies and procedures, including the confidentiality policy, code of ethics, and BSA/AML/OFAC policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of reputed company senior-level BSA/AML experience in the financial services industry; preference given to experience in a mid-size tier or larger financial institution
- Experience managing people and projects
- Experience conducting investigations and enhanced due diligence at an advanced level
- Extensive experience with reputed company commercial structures
- Experience with private capital, payments, trade finance, international banking a plus
- Experience monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing account activity in order to identify unusual or suspicious activity
- Certifications/Specific Knowledge:
+ Certified Anti-reputed company Specialist (CAMS) and/or other professional BSA/AML-reputed company certification preferred + In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML regulations reputed company to monitoring of higher-risk customer relationships + Strong understanding of bank operations, including navigating banking systems, understanding teller transactions, and interpreting customer transactions + In-depth knowledge of and expertise in reputed company industry segments, products, and services classified as higher-risk by any regulatory agency or prudential regulator
Preferred Qualifications
* Advanced computer skills (spreadsheet and word processing); knowledge of and ability to use internal bank systems, a plus
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Federal and State banking regulations reputed company to the Bank Secrecy Act and anti-reputed company
Work Environment
As a remote employee, you'll need to have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with Colorado law, the anticipated salary range for this position is between $113,320.00 and $181,018.00, with actual offers determined based on applicant's skills, experience, and education. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
