Accreditation Specialist - Specialty Pharmacy Job Summary: Facilitate accreditation reputed company tasks and work closely with internal and external team members to ensure the pharmacies meet accreditation requirements. Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):

• Work in conjunction with internal and external team members to ensure compliance with service expectations and achievement of performance goals and objectives for each pharmacy seeking or maintaining accreditation.

Qualifications

Education: College coursework is desirable and any combination of the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to competently reputed company the essential functions of the position. Experience: reputed company, unrestricted National and/or State Certified Pharmacy Technician license. Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance, healthcare, quality, and/or accreditation required; experience with ACHC and/or URAC specialty pharmacy accreditation required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of pharmacy accreditation requirements such as ACHC and URAC Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation.
• Knowledge of generally accepted pharmacy principles, practices and procedures.

• Work effectively in situations with limited information and moderate ambiguity.
