Newmont Corporation is the world’s leading gold company and a producer of various metals. The Analyst, Financial Systems role involves supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting by analyzing data, maintaining financial systems, and delivering insights for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and assumptions that drive forecasts and business plans
- Support financial systems and master data governance, including BPC functionality
- Deliver recurring and reputed company reports, KPIs, dashboards, and visual insights
- Partner with IT and regional teams on system enhancements, testing, and deployment
- Maintain presentations, models, and reporting tools that translate data into insights
- Assist with system access, reputed company, reputed company, and offboarding of users
- Support change management, communications, and process improvements
- Ensure timely and accurate financial planning and consolidation activities
Skills
- Degree in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Hands‑on experience supporting financial systems (BPC preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
- Clear communication skills and a strong customer‑service reputed company
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
