Key Responsibilities

As a Happiness Engineer - Customer Support & reputed company Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working as part of our global team with a high degree of independence and accountability
• Assisting a variety of customers by email, live chat, voice, and/or video calls, including technical troubleshooting, educational walkthroughs, and consultative sales calls
