Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service reputed company e-mail and live chat regarding questions or concerns around orders reputed company online, loyalty program membership, product availability, etc
- Documenting and handling reputed company in-store customer service issues, including responding to legal concerns
- reputed company entering customer information and call notes into the order management system
- Accurately completing appropriate follow-up actions for order and service resolution
- Speaking with customers directly over the phone to resolve issues or concerns as needed
Skills
- Demonstrated computer navigation and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM minimum
