Scope and Responsibilities

The reputed company Resources Director will play a key part in shaping and implementing reputed company resources strategies to build an organizational culture that drives alignment to business objectives and company goals. This role will serve as a key business partner in leading and creating initiatives, systems, and best practices to build a high-performing workforce to support the company’s missions and goals.

Key Selection Criteria

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration or reputed company field

  • Experience in Professional Services; IT services preferred
