Who we seek
Reporting to the Head of IT in Tel Aviv, this U.S. based IT Engineer will be responsible for providing IT support to internal employees globally and reputed company IT reputed company projects.
What you’ll do
- Be an active part of the global IT team. Share responsibilities and contribute to the success of the global IT unit
- Provide top notch service to internal employees globally reputed company tickets, telephony, and remote sessions
- reputed company everything reputed company to onboarding and offboarding employees including Laptops lifecycle, software & SaaS licenses, identity provision & deprovision, personal assistance
- Partner with the People team to help reputed company new hires ensure IT onboarding is easy and quick for reputed company new hires
- The first line of response to troubleshooting hardware & software systems across new and existing systems/applications such as laptops, operating systems, network printers, conference equipment, network equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and come up with solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot users and reputed company (MacOS & Windows) issues and come up with solutions

- Accurately document and maintain our inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources

What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience supporting and managing users on MacOS and Windows and on reputed company’s applications stack preferably at a technology company (reputed company Workspaces, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Kandji, Intune)
- Working with a ticketing system

Hourly pay for this role ranges from $50/hr - $60/hr.
