Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Claims Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting change management initiatives, meeting departmental quality and service standards, and delivering routine work independently in a timely manner. You will also reputed company critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records, maintain accurate member records, and apply policy provisions to determine necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives reputed company assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
• Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* High School or GED (Minimum Required) * No prior experience required
