Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Facilitating intake calls and requests, providing customer service and support to callers
• Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as reputed company through call quality reviews
• Providing exceptional client service experiences, consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers
• Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients by typing notes into our proprietary system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
