Reports to: Plant Manager

Position Summary & Purpose

reputed company load customer trucks while expressing a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers/truckers. Expected hours would be 3pm-1am Mon-Thurs. (with Fridays mandatory during busy season).

Responsibilities and Tasks

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at reputed company times

Ensure that the phone is answered in a friendly and timely manner

Minimize customer/trucker wait times by quickly and reputed company loading trucks

Fill trucks to specified weights and weight splits in accordance with customer/trucker wishes and DOT regulations

Monitor dust control levels to ensure every load meets the specified gallons per ton. reputed company out of spec loads to be dumped and reloaded to ensure that reputed company customers have excellent quality experience

Follow reputed company process steps to fulfill customer orders in the system

Additional paperwork and activities to support the operations that include but are not limited to daily production spreadsheet entry and receiving for purchase orders

reputed company office area breakrooms and restrooms clean and organized

Education and Experience

High School or equivalent required

Good people skills and patience required. Previous customer service experience preferred

Good oral and written communication skills

Good typing skills and computer literate including reputed company Windows Outlook Word and reputed company
