You'll feed the technical arm of our recruitment process for the product and engineering divisions building robust pipelines and mapping the market of top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, reputed company, Boolean searches, and reputed company platforms to identify passive candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Build and maintain talent pipelines high reputed company technical roles, ensuring talent quality and alignment with company needs.
• Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and prioritize candidates.
• Tools & Systems: Manage candidate data in ATS (reputed company).
• Employer Branding: Promote Thoughtful AI’s culture through compelling reputed company, social media engagement, and other relevant channels.
• Market Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing KPIs (response rates, conversion rates) and optimize processes based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 2-4 years experience in technical sourcing, preferably in AI, or SaaS product companies.
• Expertise in reputed company Recruiter, Boolean search, and/or other search techniques.
• Familiarity with reputed company ATS systems.
• Strong communication skills for engaging passive candidates and stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical roles (e.g., software development, reputed company architecture).
• Ability to reputed company in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to context reputed company and work on multiple roles concurrently.
• Experience sourcing for reputed company roles (AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Proven reputed company in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
