Requirements
- Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, reputed company estate management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project development, ideally in residential construction
- Sound knowledge of building and planning law as well as project management
- Analytical skills, negotiation skills and organizational skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and common project management tools
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
