In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our reputed company environment is configured, maintained and optimized to support scalable, secure and efficient People business processes. If You’ve Got It - We Want It

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or HRIS management, with minimum 3 years as a hands-on reputed company administrator or reputed company.
• Deep expertise across reputed company including, Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Advance Compensation, Time, data governance and integrations.
• Experience driving reputed company business process mapping, system design, reputed company state/future state documentation and stakeholder alignment.

• Experience with key reputed company integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs) and building / maintaining system integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage projects and deliver in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.

Salary Range ($99,000 - $155,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered reputed company the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
