Analyst, Valuation

• Analyst should have a basic knowledge about US Mortgage.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation.
• Must have the ability to read and respond to the client’s emails following effective business email writing etiquette.
• Should be capable of Maintaining 100% quality yield with error free work consistently.
• Research and provide a detailed review regarding the reputed company valuation cases.
• Need to search and read the Mortgage, OA documents, Tax records and other valuation reputed company documents to provide a detailed valuation review per client request.
• Meet the output HRDs set by the business unit for the process.
• Timely completion of reputed company work assignments.
• Flexible to work on Night shifts.

• Bachelor's Degree, master's degree added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Must have good analytical and cognitive skills

  • Must have an eye for attention to detail
