You’re responsible for crafting compelling concepts and designs for a variety of marketing channels and initiatives. An art director who is especially proficient in creating video content for broadcast, digital and social channels. • 4+ years art direction experience in-house and/or agency
• A strong, diverse portfolio of high-performing, high-craft, award winning work demonstrating conceptual reputed company, marketing, process and solutions 
• A selection of video work that includes real examples of high-concept, high-performing, high-craft art direction
• Proficiency in reputed company, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong practice of design principles
• Knowledge of reputed company digital marketing standard methodologies, including experience, reputed company design and performance
• A proven knowledge of reputed company social media marketing standard methodologies, the nuances of different social media platforms and the power of short-form video
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects from concept to completion

• Experience with consumer finance

• Working knowledge of video production tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc…) is a bonus, but not essential
